Shipping services and rates will be displayed at checkout and vary depending on selected products and shipping address.

If you cannot select your country or complete your address, please contact us, and we will assist you in placing your order.

SHIPPING TIMES

Unless stated otherwise, all products are in stock and ready for immediate worldwide shipping from the RIDERWALKER BIKE COMPONENTS warehouse in Spain.

Orders are shipped within 1 business day, and business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays in Alicante, Spain.

Delivery times will be shown at checkout and on the order confirmation page. These times are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders may take up to an additional 10 days beyond the estimated timeframe before they are considered lost, at which point a replacement or refund can be arranged.

Occasionally, products may be available for reservation before release or during restocking; in such cases, an estimated shipping date will be specified in the product description.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping worldwide for nearly all products. When you select this shipping option, your product will be sent via postal mail. This type of shipping does not include tracking and is slower than premium shipping.

PREMIUM SHIPPING

Premium shipping includes international tracking and is faster than free shipping. You can choose between registered mail or courier services like GLS / DPD / FEDEX. Prices and delivery times vary depending on the chosen company and your delivery address during the purchasing process.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

RIDERWALKER is registered for VAT purposes within the European Union.

All shipments within the EU are subject to Spanish VAT (21%) and will be delivered free of any taxes or customs duties to the recipient.

Shipments outside the European Union are subject to 0% VAT; however, they may incur import charges (duties, customs tariffs, and VAT) imposed by the destination country.

These potential taxes will vary depending on the destination country and the classification of the goods. For orders shipped outside the European Union, shipping is set as "Duties and Taxes Unpaid" (DDU), and we cannot predict the potential taxes that your country's customs may apply to the order.

DELAYED ORDERS

Our delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

Occasionally, orders may take longer to deliver, which is beyond our control and depends on the transport companies. We will do our utmost to resolve your issue by issuing a refund or sending a replacement. However, for this to be possible, at least 10 days must have passed beyond the promised delivery date. At this point, we will consider the shipment as "lost" and arrange for a replacement or refund.

RETURNS

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes the product may not meet your expectations upon receipt. You can return your product within 14 days if it is unused and in optimal condition for resale.
