We care about our products and, logically, we do everything possible to deliver them to you in the best conditions. However, it may happen that an order breaks during transport or that there is a manufacturing defect. According to European legislation, we are responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years after delivery of the goods.
If you discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within two months from the date of purchase.
If you contact us in time, we will provide a free repair or replacement as long as the problem with the product is due to a defect and not accidental breakage caused by impacts, falls, or mishandling.
